For a while milkweed were getting to be a pretty rare sight in Woolwich Township.  For some crazy reason it was on the Waterloo Region list of “noxious weeds.”  I’m guessing because the seed fluffs are “messy”.

But then somebody realized if we want Monarch butterflies to pass through, we had better stop eradicating their main staple food.  Since then, they’ve been increasing in the area.

Yay.

Drive like your children live here? What kind of message is that?…

Drive like your children live here?

What kind of message is that?  Presumably, the idea is that we are expected to drive more carefully… but shouldn’t we *always* drive more carefully?

Come to think of it, if they believe we only drive carefully where our children live, what does that suggest about them?

Does that mean they drive like maniacs when they are in someone else’s neighborhood?
