The other day I was laid low with a migraine. One of the most effective treatments I’ve found is the application of ice packs. A year or two ago I bought a few new ice packs, and was interested in the stretchy velcro wraps included. I think this one was suggested for wrapping around the knee, but it does an excellent job wrapping an icepack around the head.
