This morning Cletus Flaherty (representing The Don Dunphy Community Coalition) will likely finish his cross examination of RNC Constable Smyth, the man who shot and killed Don Dunphy that day.

Today Mr. Cletus Flaherty, representing The Don Dunphy Community Coalition cross examined Constable Smyth about the “threat assessment” process that Constable Smyth has repeatedly referenced throughout the inquiry.  

It seems Constable Smyth’s explanation of “threat assessment” and “risk assessment”: didn’t quite match up with the training manual.
